Since 2019, our brand Hikari® has been the only ornamental fish food brand in Japan to win the “Brand of the Year” National Tier Award three times in a row, and now for the fourth time it has won the Regional Tier Award for the first time. Regional Tier Award is presented to brands who are top in several countries in a particular geographic region. It is a clear recognition of our leading share of the ornamental fish food market in Japan and ever growing share throughout the world. We have a strong global reach, offering Hikari® in more than 70 countries via our extensive distribution network using authorized distribution partners in each country, including our wholly owned subsidiary Hikari Sales USA, Inc. in the United States. We are proud to announce that all 3 owned factories acquired ISO 22000 which is a food safety management system certification for the first time in Japan as an ornamental fish food manufacturing plant. Our thorough formulation processes, extensive test production applications and demanding feeding trials, at our own Hikari® Aquatic laboratory, help us to offer our customers the best options to help their animal friends to live a long and health-filled life.
